Overview

When your internal environment is out of balance, tired, inflamed or challenged in some manner, an atmosphere is created in which fungal, bacterial, parasite and viral pathogens are likely to thrive. Committing to the EradiKate plan will enable us to investigate any unwanted gut dysbiosis and rebalance your system using the 5R method (see below).

60-70% of the cells that make up your immune system reside in the gut and the ‘Eradi-kate’plan enables us to explore this area in much greater depth. If you are suffering from digestive symptoms, you will be advised as to whether parasite testing would be advantageous for you.

IBS is commonly diagnosed when all other serious gut problems have been ruled out. SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) is becoming more common and is often the underlying issue of IBS.

SIBO is a condition where bacterial overgrowth occurs within the small intestine. These bacterium (hydrogen, methane or hydrogen sulphate gases) can produce uncomfortable symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea, constipation and abdominal pain. Left undiagnosed, increased gut permeability can occur and insufficiently food particles can trigger immune activation resulting in many nutrient deficiencies.

On these programmes I will use the 5R method to help you:

REMOVE the stressors (ie the bacterial, pathogenic, food intolerance or environmental factors)
REPLACE the missing factors needed for normal digestion and absorption.
REPAIR damage to the lining of the digestive tract.
REPOPULATE the gut with friendly bacteria.
REBALANCE the large intestine with your good bacteria and feed them to keep them there.

1 x 60-minute consultation is conducted via zoom and includes a detailed assessment of your health history, current diet, exercise routine, future health goals, stress levels, medication, and supplement use. This in-depth review helps identify your specific needs and potential underlying causes that may be contributing to metabolic chaos within your body.
2 x 15-minute phone consultation to address concerns, clarify information, or answer any questions you may have.
1 x 45-minute zoom consultation is dedicated to reviewing your lab test results and discussing your personalised supplement protocols tailored to your needs.
2 x 30-minute follow- up zoom consultation is designed to address any challenges you may be encountering and to ensure you are progressing effectively.
Personalised in-depth nutrition and lifestyle plan
Adjusted plan where necessary with each follow up. Food diary marking, diet analysis and food plan support.
Lab test interpretation of test results and GP referral letter (if needed).
Access to discounted practitioner grade supplements.

Follow up appointments

30-45 minute follow up appointments are available for all current clients who are not on a package and wish to touch base to discuss lab test results and next steps. These are done via zoom and require a full health history questionnaire to be completed before our consult.

I am happy to offer payment plans over the course of your package if you prefer. Please let me know and I we can discuss options.
