My name is Kate Sandat, a qualified FDN practitioner, published author and certified personal trainer who specialised in core conditioning and pilates. I am committed to empowering clients to reach personal goals. I offer a combination of services combining functional testing, nutrition advice and lifestyle adjustments to achieve balanced, optimal health which creates real, lasting change.
My expertise spans in gut health, inflammation and metabolic health and I offer a vast amount of testing in many areas to help you get to the root causes of a problem in order to optimise your health and heal.
The twelve pillars of health is a concept designed to give you an understanding of how to build physical, emotional and spiritual awareness. Poor diet, poor sleep, lack of exercise, pollution, toxin overload and stress all impact your busy life and result in depleting you of energy. This in turn disrupts your internal balance which leads to dysfunction in the body promoting symptoms to appear which over time if not addressed can proceed to chronic disease. Unlike doctors, FDN practitioners do not diagnose or treat anything specifically, rather we act as health detectives to bring balance back to systems by using step-by-step, drug-free protocols in a non-specific manner to achieve lasting change.
Working together will restore balance as I re-educate and guide you to have a deeper understanding of your body and how to truly function optimally specific to your individual biochemistry.
